The Department of Agricultural, Environmental and Development Economics at The Ohio State University is seeking a tenure-track assistant or advanced assistant professor with teaching, research and outreach responsibilities in agricultural economics policy. Applicants should have teaching and research interests related to U.S. and other countries’ agricultural policies, and the ability to explain the impacts of these policies to local, state, national and international audiences.

The appointee will have an academic year appointment in the Department of Agricultural, Environmental and Development Economics with competitive salary and benefits package and is expected to develop and maintain a world-class research program in their field of inquiry, and teach the equivalent of two to three classes in our undergraduate, masters, and/or PhD programs.

Applicants must possess a PhD in agricultural economics, applied economics, economics, or related field, or expect to complete all degree requirements before August 1, 2018.
