IMPAQ International, a rapidly growing and dynamic social policy research firm will be interviewing recent and soon-to be Ph.D. graduates in economics, public policy, or a related social science field at the 2018 ASSA Annual Meeting from January 5th - 7th, 2018.

IMPAQ provides high-quality research and evaluation services, policy analysis, survey research, and technical assistance to U.S. and international government agencies, foundations, and the private sector. IMPAQ provides these services in the flowing policy domains: Health, Labor, Education, and International Development. Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. (or other advanced degree) in economics, public policy, or a related social science field;
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills;
• Experience conducting mixed-methods evaluation;
• Experience and knowledge of experimental and quasi-experimental design;
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical material orally and in writing to non-academic audiences;
and
• Previous internship or work experience conducting applied policy related research for federal or state agencies,
although not required will be heavily weighted.
