The National University of Singapore is offering Overseas Graduate Scholarships (OGS), a prestigious and much sought after Scholarship to attract talented Singaporeans to embark on an academic career with us. The OGS provides attractive financial support for an overseas PhD degree program, and an offer of an academic position after completion of the PhD candidature.

OGS Scholarships may be awarded to Singaporean applicants who:
• are currently completing their Masters’ degree and looking to pursue a PhD thereafter
• are currently enrolled in a PhD program overseas

Eligibility & Selection Criteria:
• Singapore Citizens with Master degrees
• Excellent and consistent academic track record and a keen motivation to join academic career

On Successful Completion of the PhD Degree Program, the OGS Scholar Will Be:
• sponsored for a further 2 years’ postdoctoral degree before joining NUS as a Tenure Track Assistant Professor
or
• considered to join NUS as a Tenure Track Senior Tutor/Assistant Professor in any of the NUS Faculties / Schools
