The University of Wisconsin-Parkside Economics Department invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in applied microeconomics and data analytics beginning August 2018. Secondary fields of interest are industrial organization, quantitative economics, health economics, and urban economics. Individuals with diverse cultural and ethnic perspectives or experiences are encouraged to apply.
A Ph.D. in Economics is required. ABD ("all but dissertation") candidates will be considered for one-year terminal appointment as Lecturer with conversion to tenure-track Assistant Professor if all requirements for the Ph.D. are successfully completed by July 1, 2019. Commitment to teaching excellence, active research and scholarly activity, and service required. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
