The primary responsibilities of a Senior Researcher include conducting research in analyzing and developing new quantitative investment strategies across and within multiple asset classes; communicating this research clearly and providing insights for the benefits of investors. The successful candidate should possess strong Ph.D. level training in financial economics, empirical asset pricing, econometrics, and international finance. Very strong programming and data management skills are essential. The candidate should also have experience in conducting long-term, independent research projects and should be able to publish their work in practitioner journals. The researcher is expected to possess strong teamwork skills, with the ability and desire to actively discuss and debate both theories and empirical methods with other researchers who have similar backgrounds and training.
