Advertisement of Open Positions in Job Openings for Economists, the American Economic Association Job Registry

The Department of Economics and Finance invites applications for two tenure-track assistant professor positions beginning in the fall 2018. Successful candidates would be able to teach some combination of the following: Urban/Regional, Macroeconomics, International, Labor, Industrial Organization, Money and Banking, or Public Choice. Candidates are expected to advise students and provide campus and community service. Minimum qualifications include: Ph.D. in economics and a demonstrated ability for high quality teaching and research.

Submit a letter of interest, curriculum vitae, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and 3 letters of recommendation. All materials must be submitted through JOE Network. Members of the department will attend the ASSA meetings to conduct initial interviews.
