The Department of Economics (http://business.lsu.edu/Economics/) invites applications for two tenure-track positions at the Assistant/Associate Professor level to begin in Fall 2018. New and prospective PhDs, senior Assistant Professors, as well as Associate Professors are encouraged to apply. Successful applicants must have a strong research record or promise for development of a solid research agenda. Candidates are sought with expertise in applied microeconomics fields listed above. The Department has a strong research orientation and offers B.A., B.S., M.S, and Ph.D. degrees in Economics. Interviews will be held at the ASSA meetings in Philadelphia in January. Junior candidates should have a Ph.D. in Economics by August 2018. LSU is an Equal opportunity/equal access employer.
