• Research experience with outstanding academic achievements will be a huge plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Annual salary of RMB 350,000 for assistant professor; competitive salary package is negotiable for associate professor and full professor.
• Settlement allowance of RMB 300,000 for professors, RMB 200,000 for associate professors and RMB 150,000 for assistant professors.
• Youth Scholars funding available for assistant professor and associated professor under 40 years old, with a lump-sum research grant of RMB 150,000/300,000/500,000.
• Special track is available for professional promotion.
