The Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking to fill one tenured/tenure-track position in the Managerial Economics area (MECO). The appointment will be effective Fall 2017. The position is open, although preference will be given to Assistant Professors with two or more years of experience. The appointee must have a Ph.D. degree prior to joining and have, or have the potential, to achieve a record of excellence in research and scholarly publication. We seek an applied microeconomist whose research interests overlap with those of the MECO group, including bargaining, cooperation/coordination, contracts, e-commerce, intellectual property, market design, and networks. MECO is also affiliated with the interdisciplinary Laboratory for Behavioral Operations and Economics.

The Naveen Jindal School of Management is rapidly growing and currently offers degrees at the Doctoral, Master's and Undergraduate levels, and employs a nationally ranked and recognized research faculty. The School fosters a professional research environment as well as a collegial culture that is intellectually stimulating and interdisciplinary. Salary and research support are competitive.
