The Department of Economics at Hunter College, City University of New York (http://econ.hunter.cuny.edu) seeks to hire a tenure-track or tenured faculty member in Economics with research, teaching and service responsibilities. The faculty member will be expected to conduct research in broadly defined public policy areas of economics (macroeconomic or microeconomic focus) and support programs at the Roosevelt House Public Policy Institute (http://www.roosevelthouse.hunter.cuny.edu).

The ideal candidate will have an established publication record, enthusiasm for research, teaching and service in both a disciplinary economics department and a multidisciplinary public-policy environment, and interest in engagement with the wider community. A PhD degree is required.
