Department of Economics at Missouri University of Science and Technology seeks applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position for Fall 2017, in the areas of environmental, energy, and/or regulatory economics. Candidates must be prepared to teach introductory microeconomics or macroeconomics as well as upper-level courses in their area of expertise. Candidates must provide evidence they can engage in productive research, including the ability to publish in refereed economics journals and seek external funding for their research. Applicants should have PhD in hand no later than August 15, 2017. The successful candidate has the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues as part of the Smart Living Best in Class initiative and participate in the creation of a Center for Science, Technology, and Society.
