The Department of Economics at the University of California, Berkeley seeks applications for a non-tenured, tenure-track faculty position at the assistant professor rank (100% time), with an expected start date of July 1, 2017. The field is open. The Department is interested in candidates who will contribute to diversity and equal opportunity in higher education through their teaching, research, and service.

Non-Lateral Applicants:
Basic Qualifications Required:
The completion of all Ph.D. or equivalent degree requirements except the dissertation at the time of application.

A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Economics or a related discipline, which must be completed within one year of the appointment.
