The Department of Economics in the College of Business Administration invites applications for a position at the rank of associate professor beginning August 2017. Exceptional candidates who are not yet qualified for appointment at the associate professor rank but who will have, by August 2017, at least four years of experience after receiving the doctoral degree may be considered for a tenure track position as a senior assistant professor.

We seek an established academic with applied research interests in industrial economics and econometrics. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in economics, an active and ongoing record of scholarship, and evidence of teaching ability at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Teaching responsibilities would include courses in industrial organization, microeconomics, mathematical economics or econometrics in undergraduate and graduate programs.

Candidates should submit a cover letter describing their teaching and research interests and accomplishments, vita, at least one sample of published research, and contact information for three references who may be asked to submit letters of recommendation.
