The Department of Economics, School of Social Sciences and Philosophy, Trinity College Dublin is seeking to appoint at the Assistant Professor level to commence on 1 September 2017.
A successful applicant will contribute to research and teaching in the Department of Economics. Applications are open to all fields of economics but the ideal applicants will be aligned with the existing research strengths of the Department. We particularly welcome applications in the field of international macroeconomics. The ideal applicant in this field will contribute to the work of the International Macroeconomics research group (IM-TCD). The broad aim of the group is to advance top-level research in the field of international macroeconomics, particularly from an applied and policy-relevant perspective. Excellent candidates in development economics and applied economics are also welcome.
