The College of Business and Management at Saginaw Valley State University, an AACSB accredited institution, invites applications for a tenure track full-time appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor of Economics to start Fall 2017. We welcome applications from candidates with expertise in any field within economics, and the ability to teach and conduct research in Environmental Economics and Applied Statistics would be a plus. Candidates to be considered must have the ability and experience to teach a variety of economics courses at the bachelor's level including Introduction to Economics, Principles of Macroeconomics, or Microeconomics and Statistics. The successful candidate will be expected to engage in scholarly activities commensurate to the requirements of the College's criteria for classification as a scholarly academic (SA).
