As the largest school in BFSU, IBS currently enrolls more than 1,600 students, including almost 500 foreign students from over 60 countries. IBS offers many English-taught academic programs, advocating internationalization and globalization in all aspects. Moreover, adhering to students-oriented and society-oriented concepts, IBS serves to teaching and researching for talents cultivation and social development, such as encouragement of fundamental and applied research projects, think tank establishment of G20 Research Centers, Silk Road Economic Zone Research Centers, Climate Change and Sustainable Development Centers, Enterprise Innovation and Launching Center, and Cultural Creative Industry Center. IBS is now recruiting professionals and talents for world academic institutions.

Job Qualification
1.Obtain an associate professor or above title, and graduate from famous oversees or Chinese first-class university
2.Obtain a doctoral degree in this year’s graduates from famous oversees or Chinese first-class university

Job Requirements
1.Obtain an economic or management doctoral degree at a famous university or institution
2.Have passion, foresight, dreams and ideals in education
3.Proficient of teaching in foreign languages (mainly in English)
4.Have the original opinion to the academic research and have a good academic potential
5.Have a keen insight into business practices and business frontiers, and is curious about the unknown
6.Have good image and temperament, strong ability in cross-cultural communication and cooperative spirit

1.Monetary and financial theory, capital market management
2.International innovation and entrepreneurship, SME growth
3.International banking and finance, transnational M&A
4.Cross-cultural management and communication, international business
5.Cultural Creativity and Fashion Management, luxury management

7.International marketing and strategic management

Faculty Remuneration
1.All employees will sign contracts with BFSU, have university manning quotas and Beijing Hukou.
2.Associate professor or above who was introduced through talent introduction will offer corresponding economic remuneration in accordance with BFSU Talent Introduction Policies, including salary, research launching fund and housing welfare etc. (please see the attached link)
3.This year’s doctoral graduates can enjoy the universal remuneration treatment at BFSU, including salary and all kinds of welfares.
