The Economics Department is accepting applications for a tenure-track position beginning fall 2017. We seek applicants in either industrial organization, with the ability to teach game theory and behavioral economics; or in macroeconomics, with the ability to teach open-economy and monetary economics. Teaching experience and completed Ph.D by August 15, 2017 are required. We seek applicants with a passion for innovative undergraduate teaching, including heterodox approaches, applied and interdisciplinary work, and mentoring undergraduate research. Female and minority candidates are particularly invited to apply. A background screening will be required. All applications received prior to November 22, 2016, will be considered for an ASSA meeting interview.
