China Economics and Management Academy (CEMA) at the Central University of Finance and Economics seeks candidates for the position of tenure-track Assistant Professor, tenure-track Associate Professor, and Professor of Economics beginning August 1, 2017 or later. Candidates with research fields of macroeconomics and finance are preferred. Candidates of other fields will also be considered.

CEMA endeavors to develop into one of the China’s best institutes for economics education and research. Its long-term goal is to provide the most rigorous academic programs, extensive research opportunities, original policy initiatives, and international cooperation to contribute to the advancement of economic theories and support China’s economic and social development and its expanding participation in the world economy.

The successful candidate should have a Ph.D. from abroad. The candidate should be prepared to teach undergraduate and graduate classes at both the introductory and advanced levels. Salary is competitive in Beijing.
