Pending budgetary approval, the Questrom School of Business at Boston University invites applications for two tenure track openings at the Assistant Professor level in the Markets, Public Policy and Law Department beginning July 1, 2017. We seek applied microeconomists working at the intersection of management and public policy including, but not limited to: health economics; energy economics; law and economics; innovation, regulation and industrial organization; labor/organizational economics and behavioral economics.

Candidates should have or expect to complete a Ph.D. by July 1, 2017, and must also have a strong record of teaching and research. Successful candidates will conduct research, teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate level (including applied classes in managerially relevant data analysis and quantitative methods) and perform service. Salary, research support, teaching load and benefits are competitive. We will begin reviewing applications in mid November. The deadline for applications is January 15, 2017 or until the position is filled.
