The Department of Economics and Finance invites applications for two tenure-track positions in Economics at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor beginning August 1, 2017. Candidates will be expected to contribute to the Economics Ph.D. program through their teaching and willingness to serve on dissertation committees. Successful candidates will be expected to maintain a high quality research agenda and teach effectively at both the undergraduate and graduate level. We are particularly interested in candidates in applied microeconomics areas such as health, education, and labor, as well as international or development economics. We are also interested in candidates with secondary fields in macroeconomics or econometrics. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in economics by August 1, 2017.
