Johns Hopkins Carey Business School invites applications for full-time, tenure-track faculty positions at the assistant or associate professor level in Finance. Consideration for appointment at the full professor level will be extended to candidates with exceptional research records. The appointment will begin Fall 2017.

We welcome applications from candidates motivated by the unique opportunity to participate in building a world-class business school at a premier private research university. We will begin reviewing applications on November 28, 2016. Selected candidates will be interviewed at the AFA annual meeting in Chicago in January 2017.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a completed PhD in finance or a closely related field. Candidates who are near completion of their PhD degree will be considered. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to academic research and excellence in teaching. Evidence of successful teaching in a business school environment is desirable but not required.
