Full Text of JOE Listing:

Tenure track opening at the assistant professor level beginning Fall 2017. Ph.D. preferred, A.B.D. with Ph.D. completion within the first year acceptable. Ph.D. required for tenure. The position is a 4/4 teaching load split between teaching Principles courses and Money and Financial Markets, as well as other upper level courses, preferably Introductory Econometrics, Development or Environmental. Although we are a teaching-oriented department, scholarly activity, professional growth, and university service are required.

Candidates should have a specialty in monetary economics, financial economics, or other relevant field. Strong candidates will have a demonstrated ability to teach and conduct scholarly research.
