Sabanci University, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences invites applications for open rank, full-time positions in applied econometrics, econometric theory and macroeconomics. Applications in applied econometrics are particularly encouraged from candidates in labor economics, economics of education, health economics and development economics. For applications in econometric theory our priority will be given to candidates in cross-sectional and panel data econometrics. The successful applicant should demonstrate a strong commitment to research. Candidates from other fields of economics are also encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate an exceptional research performance.
The medium of instruction at Sabanci University is English. Employment starts in September 2016. Selected candidates will be interviewed during the ASSA 2017 meeting in Chicago, IL, USA. Applicants are invited to send their curriculum vitae, sample publications/working papers and list of references by December 4, 2016. Candidates should ensure that three recommendation letters arrive by the deadline.
