The Department of Economics at the American University of Beirut (AUB) invites applications for two assistant professor level positions effective August 15, 2017. We are seeking a candidate with a background in macroeconomics for one of the positions. Primary considerations will be an outstanding research record, excellent recommendations, and a demonstrated ability in teaching. Applicants must have completed their PhD by August 2017.

Interested applicants should submit a cover letter, a CV, a recent research paper, and arrange for three letters of reference to be addressed to Nadia Maria El Cheikh, Dean, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, American University of Beirut.
