The School of Economics at the University of Adelaide is seeking to make multiple appointments at the levels of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in any field of Economics. The appointment range is equivalent to US Assistant Professor and Associate Professor ranks.

Applicants must have a PhD completed or near completion and must be able to demonstrate strong research abilities and a commitment to excellence in teaching. Successful applicants are expected to develop or already pursue an independent research program, to supervise postgraduate research students and to teach in undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Advanced assistant professors or candidates with postdoctoral experience are encouraged to apply. Applicants who will be in Australia before the end of the year should note details in the application.

Consideration of applications will continue until the position is filled, but complete applications received by November 15, 2016 will receive priority for interviews at the ASSA meetings in Chicago 2017.
