Full Text of JOE Listing:

An opening for a tenure track assistant professor with interest and demonstrated expertise in energy economics, preferably also with an interest in energy/environment policy, beginning in September 2017. Responsibilities will include productivity in research and teaching duties that will depend on the appointing department, which may be the MIT Department of Economics, the MIT Sloan School of Management, or other unit within MIT. Will consider only candidates with strong recommendations from graduate school faculty and established potential in research and teaching.

Applications must be received by 5pm ET, November 23, 2016. Interviews will be conducted in Chicago, IL, at the ASSA meetings on January 6-8, 2017.
