The University of Utah is seeking a Social or Behavioral Scientist for a tenure-track or tenured faculty position at the advanced Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank to begin in July 2017. The successful candidate must examine the human dimensions of environmental change, as they relate to water and climate change. Research should include theoretically-grounded empirical approaches appropriate within or across social science disciplines. Possible home departments for the hire include: Anthropology, Economics, Geography, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology. The successful candidate will be jointly appointed in the Environmental and Sustainability Studies Program (http://envst.utah.edu).
