The Department of Economics at the University of Virginia seeks applications to fill an important non-tenure-track teaching position, with responsibilities for teaching five to six courses in some of the following areas: introductory and intermediate courses in micro and macro; and introductory econometrics. This full- or part-time salaried position, at the rank of Lecturer or other non-track title appropriate to experience, starts in the fall term of 2016 for a term of no more than three years.
Applicants must be on track to receive a PhD in Economics by June 2016, and must hold a PhD at time of appointment.
