Assistant Professor of Economics
Behavioral Economics & Applied Econometrics
Applications are invited for a tenure-track faculty position in Economics. Doctorate in economics or near completion is required. The primary field of teaching and research specialization is behavioral economics with applied econometrics as a secondary field. The rank is assistant professor and salary is AACSB competitive. The position is available starting in the fall of 2016. Teaching load is five courses per academic year for the first three years, and a summer stipend is provided for the first two years so the candidate can focus on research. Teaching is at the undergraduate level, but may also involve MBA courses.

The Department of Economics is one of six departments in the Foster College of Business. The Foster College serves over 700 undergraduate business students through 15 programs of study and over 100 graduates in the MBA and EMBA graduate programs. The Foster College of Business has a selective admission policy and all programs are AACSB accredited. The Department of Economics also offers a degree through the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
