The Department of Healthcare Administration at Stonehill College invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position to begin in July 2016. The faculty member would join an AUPHA (Association of University Programs in Health Administration)-fully certified department.
The College and the Department seek applicants who are committed to excellence in teaching, advising and mentoring undergraduates, and who have a demonstrated awareness of the importance of diversity in education. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in some area of healthcare administration, preferably in health economics. Some undergraduate teaching would be desirable. Primary duties include teaching and advising students; maintaining an active research agenda; and college and departmental service.
