The Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of assistant professor for Fall 2016. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: a Ph.D. in Economics, a demonstrated expertise in the area of Industrial Organization, and the ability to teach other courses depending on specialization and departmental needs. We expect each candidate to demonstrate evidence of quality teaching and the potential for significant research. The Quinlan School of Business is AACSB accredited and offers an undergraduate business degree, BBA, and several graduate business degrees. Applicants should submit a cover letter with a statement summarizing background qualifications, a current curriculum vitae, a job market paper, and, if available, recent publications. Applicants should also submit the names and e-mail addresses of three individuals prepared to speak to their professional qualifications for this position. References will not be contacted immediately but might be later in the review process. The screening of applications will begin immediately and continue until January 15th, 2016.
