Lateral Recruitment for Research Positions in the Reserve Bank of India

Reserve Bank of India invites applications from individuals with PhDs in economics or finance for research positions in the Bank. Candidates for entry-level jobs should complete their PhD prior to joining and demonstrate research potential of international standards. Candidates for senior jobs should have a track record of accomplishment that includes publications in top quality journals and research pipelines commensurate with time since graduation. We provide supportive resources such as proprietary and publicly available datasets, research assistance, appropriate computing facilities, and the opportunities to work on a range of collaborations with institutions and scholars of repute. Appointment will be either on contract basis or regular basis as chosen by the candidate. Compensation will suit the post and will not be a constraint for the right candidate. Candidates for entry-level positions should preferably be below 34. For senior positions candidates above 34 are welcome to apply.
