The MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy(IDE) addresses one of the most critical issues of our time: the impact of digital technology on businesses, the economy, and society. Our research balances rigor and relevance, aiming to produce papers for top academic journals while also informing policy and practice through other contributions. We seek talented and hardworking individuals to join us in the following role:

Postdoctoral Associate: 2-3 year appointment working directly with IDE Principal Investigators and others to develop research that leads to publications in top journals.

Qualifications: Require strong skills, demonstrated by completed research, in data analytics and econometrics. Candidates must be able to work well with academics and industry executives. Excellent English language skills essential. Residency near MIT required for the full term of the appointment.
