At Duff & Phelps We are seeking Vice Presidents and Directors to join our transfer pricing practice. You can choose to work at any of the following locations: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, London, New York, Palo Alto or Toronto.

Our transfer pricing professionals provide unique solutions through the delivery of quality transfer pricing and economic consulting services that demonstrate the expertise and integrity on which we pride ourselves. We work in identifying and valuing intangible assets, financial instruments and the pricing of services and tangible property transactions to satisfy various legal and tax requirements faced by large multinational organizations. Other responsibilities will include the following:

•Providing insightful and creative solutions to valuation and pricing matters using statistics, economic analysis and game theory.
•Assisting in litigation support matters, documentation of transfer prices, and planning to help companies reduce risks and enhance after-tax cash flows.
•Building relationships with current and prospective clients
•Managing, developing, training, and mentoring staff

Requirements:

•Relevant economic or management consulting experience. Transfer pricing or valuation experience preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent research and analytical skills.
•PhD in economics specializing in microeconomics, industrial organization, or finance. M.A. in economics or finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a strong record of success will also be considered.
•Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
