Applications are invited for one position in Economics at the rank of Assistant Professor. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Economics or a closely related field by the start of the Fall 2016 semester. Applicants specializing in Development Economics, preferably with a focus on Latin America, as well as those specializing in other areas of Applied Microeconomics such as Labor Economics, Health Economics, the Economics of Education, and Financial Economics, will be considered. Applied Microeconomists capable of teaching elementary Econometrics at the undergraduate level would be viewed especially favorably. The appointment involves teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels and the supervision of Ph.D. students. The College of Business and Entrepreneurship is AACSB-accredited.
