Candidates for the vacancy in Econometrics will be expected to play a role in teaching and developing the Big Data Business Analytics track in the MSc Econometrics program, offered in cooperation with the ABS, and to contribute to the corresponding MBA program offered at the ABS. All candidates with a strong background in econometrics or statistics will be considered. An established familiarity with statistical methods for data science in economics would be beneficial.
For the other two positions all candidates with a strong background in Microeconomics – being either empirical or theoretical in nature – are encouraged to apply. One of the two positions is specifically aimed at studying the impact of communication on economic applications, broadly defined; see CREED.
