The overarching SESP goal is to pursue rigorous, problem-driven energy research that considers the relevant technical, economic, environmental, political, and social dimensions in order to deliver practical solutions. Applicants are sought with expertise in energy economics, broadly defined, although applicants are particularly welcome with skills in both empirical analysis and modeling that can be used to evaluate the efficiency and sustainability of energy technologies, systems, and markets.
