The Department of Economics, Finance and Management at Manhattanville College invites applications for a tenure-track position in finance at the assistant professor level for fall 2016 (pending final budgetary approval). Applicants should have completed a Ph.D. in finance or a Ph.D. in economics with significant coursework in financial economics, with expectation of completion by May 2016. Applicants should be able to teach courses in investment analysis, global finance, and corporate finance.

We seek candidates who are truly superior undergraduate teachers and have a commitment to research. The successful candidate is expected to advise undergraduate majors, supervise undergraduate research, produce scholarship, and perform college-wide services. The hire will have the opportunity to teach graduate students. Review of applications will begin immediately.
