The Department of Economics at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics invites applications for a tenure-track position in International Macroeconomics and Applied Time Series Analysis at the assistant or advanced assistant professor level beginning fall 2016. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated potential for and commitment to high quality research and excellent teaching at the undergraduate, M.A., and Ph.D. levels. The successful applicant is expected to teach International Macroeconomics and Applied Time Series Analysis at the Ph.D. and lower levels. An interest in Economic History would be a distinct advantage. Candidates should have completed their Ph.D. in economics by August 2016. To be considered for an interview at the January 3-5, 2016 AEA meetings in San Francisco, send curriculum vitae, a research paper, a brief statement of teaching philosophy, official summaries of teaching evaluations, official graduate transcripts, and three reference letters ideally by November 15, 2015.
