The Zicklin School of Business of Baruch College/CUNY invites applications for full-time tenure-track positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank in the William Newman Department of Real Estate, which ls one of the seven academic departments in the Zicklin School of Business. The Department offers a BBA major and minor, MBA, MS, and Ph.D. Program in Real Estate. The Zicklin School of Business is accredited by the AACSB and is among the largest Schools of Business in the nation. Baruch College is a diverse institution strongly committed to both teaching and research
Qualifications:
The successful candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or a closely related discipline, as well as a strong record of or potential for scholarly research and publication, superior teaching skills, and a willingness to actively participate in the growing Real Estate programs at Baruch. Faculty members are expected to conduct high quality scholarship and publish their work in prestigious academic journals. Faculty will teach a variety of basic and advanced real estate courses both the undergraduate and graduate level. Other responsibilities include new course development and service to the Department, School, and College. Rank is dependent on qualifications.
