The Global Human Development Program at the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service together with the Department of Economics at Georgetown University invite applications for a tenure-level, jointly-appointed position at the rank of Associate Professor to begin in the Fall of 2016. Relevant doctoral disciplines include economics, political science, and/or political economy, though others may be considered. Applicants should have an exceptional record as a scholar with a significant body of applied research, an ambitious research agenda on the political economy and economics of development, and a strong record of excellence in teaching.
