The Department of Economics and Finance at Meliksah University invites applications for multiple faculty positions for assistant, associate, and full professors of Economics. Candidates actively engaged in scholarly research and strong teaching skills in all areas will be considered. Applicants should hold or firmly expect a PhD degree by September 2016 from a reputable program. Because the mediums of instruction are both English and Turkish in graduate and undergraduate programs, fluency in both languages is required. The University provides competitive salary, health insurance, and a generous starting research grant.

Meliksah University, founded in 2008, is one of the fastest-rising young universities in Turkey. The University is in Kayseri: a city located in central part of Turkey with a population more than one million, and it is known for its efficient transportation infrastructure, rapidly growing industrial base and good quality healthcare facilities.
