Indiana University Northwest invites applications and nominations for the position of Dean. The University is seeking a dynamic, innovative and resourceful leader that will take the School to the next level. The successful candidate must have progressively responsible academic administrative experience and demonstrated commitment to undergraduate and graduate teaching and research. Experience in the AACSB accreditation process is desirable. The preferred candidate will also exhibit demonstrated commitments to Inclusive Excellence and Servant Leadership, and have a record of accomplishments in the areas of strategic planning, online learning, managerial experience in an academic setting, budgets, and innovation. The candidate must have an earned doctorate in business or a related field and a record of teaching, scholarship and service that would allow appointment as a full professor.
