The Department of Economics at Istanbul Technical University (ITU) invites applications for a number of tenure-track or tenured positions at all levels in Economics starting in the Fall of 2016 (pending budgetary approval). The medium of instruction is English. Turkish citizenship is not required. Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Economics as of Summer 2016. Major responsibilities include high-quality research and teaching. While we invite qualified applicants from all fields, applicants with a specialization in an applied field or with expertise in a sector or a major industry are especially encouraged.
