The Department of Economics seeks scholar-teachers for two tenure track appointments at the assistant professor level to begin in August 2016. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Economics or expect to complete the degree by July 2016. Teaching load is 3-2. Preference will be given to candidates with empirical research in any micro area. Candidates should demonstrate strong research potential as well as a commitment to excellent teaching and mentoring in a liberal arts setting. Interviews will take place at the 2016 ASSA Meetings in San Francisco.
