The NBER Productivity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (PIE) Program is seeking applicants for several one-year postdoctoral fellowships, with one position available in each of the following areas:

* Digitization
* Entrepreneurship
* Innovation Policy

Each post-doctoral fellowship consists of a $70,000 stipend for academic year 2016-2017, and includes an office at the NBER Cambridge office. Fellows are expected to spend the academic year at the NBER,
conduct research related to their fellowship, and actively participate in Working Group activities.

Applicants should be recent or prospective graduates who anticipate completing their PhD by
September, 2016.

Applicants should submit a CV, a proposal of at most three pages, and an indication of which fellowships are being applied for to dhealy@nber.org by December, 1, 2015.

We anticipate conducting a limited number of interviews at the 2016 ASSA meetings, and winners will be notified by February 1, 2016. Please note that the NBER will not sponsor a visa for these fellowships.

The Innovation Policy and Entrepreneurship Working Groups are supported by the Kauffman Foundation, the Economics of Digitization Project is supported by the Sloan Foundation, and all are part of the NBER PIE Program (see http://www.nber.org/programs/pr/pr.html and http://www.nber.org/workinggroups/ for more information).
