NYU Shanghai seeks to fill several senior positions (tenured) in Economics over the next three years. We will consider highly qualified candidates in all fields of economics. Candidates must be engaged in important ongoing research, have a superior publication record, and have demonstrated effectiveness in teaching. Rank and salary are open and highly competitive internationally.

The terms of employment in NYU Shanghai are comparable to U.S. institutions in terms of research start-up funds and compensation, and include housing subsidies and educational subsidies for children. NYU Shanghai faculty may also spend time at NYU New York and others sites of NYU’s global network, engaging in both teaching and research.
