Position Title/Short Description

Economics: Tenure-track Assistant Professors to teach economics; advise students; research and publish in highly-regarded economics journals; provide service to the institution.

Required: Ph.D. in Economics (completed by December 31, 2016 for re-appointment to second year).

Strong candidates will have a commitment to excellence in teaching high-quality undergraduate and graduate economics courses; and the ability and desire to conduct research for publication in highly-regarded refereed journals; teaching and research interests in international finance, although candidates in any area of macroeconomics will be considered.

Complete applications will include a cover letter, vita, evidence of teaching performance (if available), research sample; three letters of recommendation will be requested directly from references. Preliminary interviews will be conducted at the January 2016 ASSA meetings in San Francisco. Start date of position is August 2016.
