The Economics Department at The University of the South invites applications for a tenure track position commencing in the fall of 2016.
We seek candidates with research and teaching interests in macroeconomics with a preference for those with a focus on international, financial, or historical aspects of the macroeconomy. The candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate level introductory and intermediate macroeconomics courses as well as upper level courses in the candidate’s area of specialization. The yearly teaching load is 5 courses.
A successful candidate should exhibit excellence in teaching, display a strong research potential and have their Ph.D. in hand by September 2016.
