The Department of Economics (www.econ.puc-rio.br) of the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro invites applications for a full-time position at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. Applicants are sought in all fields of economics. Candidates should have completed all requirements for the Ph.D. by June, 2016. Assistant Professors with two or three years of experience are also encouraged to apply. Candidates for Associate Professor must have an established record of excellence in research and teaching. All candidates are requested to provide a resume, three references and copies of refereed published research or a summary of their doctoral thesis (job market paper).
